Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

How to start a return

If your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A prepaid return shipping label (We cover the cost of return shipping for approved returns.)

  • Clear instructions on how and where to send your package

Unclaimed / Returned packages

If you fail to pick up your order, refuse delivery, or provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the package is returned to us, we are not responsible for the delivery. Orders will not be resent, and original shipping costs are non-refundable in these cases.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order once the return has been approved.

European union right of withdrawal (14 Days)

If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this 14-day period. You then have 14 days from the date of your notice to return the goods to us. You may handle and inspect the item as you would in a physical store. If the item is not in the same condition that you received it, meaning unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, we may deduct an amount reflecting any diminished value from your refund. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the returned goods. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at duftarkiv@gmail.com.
