Shipping policy

1. Processing time:

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Denmark: 1–2 business days

• EU (standard delivery): 4–7 business days

• EU (express delivery, where available): 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

3. Shipment confirmation & order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, duties, and taxes:

For orders shipped within the European Union, no customs duties apply.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages:

duftarkiv is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
